The majority of Witney shops can be found in the Market Square and High Street, with further shops on Corn Street and in the three shopping arcades.
There is a large car park at the back of The Woolgate and another just off Welch Way, both of which are free (although part of the car park behind The Woolgate is for short term parking only). In addition, there is roadside parking near Church Green and limited spaces on one side of the High Street.

[edit] High Street
The largest shopping area in Witney, High Street stretches from the Church Green and The Buttercross down to Mill Street and Brudge Street in the West End area of Witney.
It is in High Street that you will find major banks like Barclays, HSBC and LloydsTSB and the Post Office.
Other shops in High Street include Boots, Waterstones, Carphone Warehouse, Somerfield and Dorothy Perkins.

Corn Street is a mixture of shops, pubs, takeaways and residential property which runs from the top of High Street down to a roundabout that links Welch Way, Ducklington Lane, Curbridge Road and Tower Hill.
Corn Street has a large number of Estate Agents such as Andrews, Connells and Chancellors.

This area is home to Adams, Specsavers, Rapture (CDs and DVDs) Currys.digital, Superdrug, WH Smith, Waitrose, Millets, The Orange Shop, Holland & Barrett, GAME, Cargo Homeshop, Clinton Cards and more.
There is a large FREE car park adjacent to the Woolgate.

A small covered shopping area towards the bottom end of High Street where you will find Badgers Menswear.
